Five pianists five hands
In de loop der jaren heb ik een aantal stukken bewerkt voor vijf mensen vijf rechterhanden op één piano:

- Maple Leaf Rag | S.Joplin
En mijn eigen ‘Intercity’ voor de Dag van de Componist 2023.
Hieronder kun je de (computer) audio voorbeelden horen. De bladmuziek is bij mij te bestellen à €10,- per stuk: stuur een mailtje naar heleenverleur111@gmail.com en je ontvangt de pdf per mail. Op verzoek kan ik ook een echt boek sturen van alle stukken, dit kost €20,-
Met z’n vijven tegelijk op één piano is dikke pret! Maximaal speelplezier en het kost je niet veel tijd om het te oefenen omdat je maar met één hand hoeft te spelen. Staat tegenover dat het qua samenspel natuurlijk wel een uitdaging is! (en qua ruimte ;))
Op deze manier met z’n allen samenspelen komt dichtbij hoe het is om bijvoorbeeld als strijker in een kwartet of kwintet te spelen.

The five of you on one piano is great fun! Maximum playing pleasure and it doesn’t take much time to practise because you only have to play with one hand. On the other hand, it is of course a challenge in terms of playing together! (and in terms of space ;))
Playing together in this way comes close to what it is like to play as a string player in a quartet or quintet, for instance.
